How to Remove a User or Member from your organization?



Roles and Permissions:


Organization Owner/manager:
They can Remove Organisation User or members.

If you have a member of your team who no longer needs to track time, you can remove them from your organization. Once a team member is removed, they will no longer have access to view any data they tracked within your organization.

Please follow these steps to do so:

STEP 1

Click on the Members tab on the left sidebar.



STEP 2

Click on the [ ⋮ ] button on the right side of the member you wish to remove and then click on the “Remove member” option.



STEP 3

Click Yes on the confirmation box.



Note:

Once the user is removed from the organization he is no longer visible on the Activity and Timesheet reports.

when we remove the member from payment screen it directly do the hard delete. Only in case when org owner remove the user from member listing 1st time it will be soft delete and if we still want to delete that member completely from organization then we can proceed with hard delete.
