# Bypassing Window Desktop App in Quick Heal Antivirus

Please follow below steps to Bypass the exe of the windows desktop app in the Quick heal Antivirus:

* STEP 1

Open Antivirus>> Go to  **settings** >> **View Quarantine Files**

* STEP 2
 
Select the file path of the App that needs to be Bypassed >> Click on **Restore button(1)** >> Click the **checkbox **appeared in a pop up for exclusion the file path (2)>> Click ** Yes**

* STEP 3

Install the app again and this time app gets successfully installed. 


### Stop Quick Heal from quarantining WS.exe:

* Open Quick Heal Total Security.

* Go to “Settings”.

* Click on “Exclusion” under the Files & Folders tab.

* Select “Exclude Files & Folders from Scan”.

* Click “Add” and browse to the WS.exe file path (based on your image, it is located at C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\WS\WS.exe).

* Confirm and save the settings.

* Optionally, add the folder C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\WS\ to exclusions to prevent future issues.
