# Bypassing Window Desktop App in Seqrite Antivirus

**QUESTION:**

What to do if  Seqrite Antivirus is discarding the application?

**ANSWER:**

Please follow below steps to Bypass the exe of the windows desktop app in the  Seqrite Antivirus:

* STEP 1

Open Antivirus>> Go to ** settings**

* STEP 2
 
Disable the Antivirus for 15 mins.  Follow the below steps:

A) click on arrow on bottom right so as to appear the icon tray for Antivirus >> right click on Anti-virus >> select Disable Virus Protection

B) Select time limit to 15 mins on the pop up appeared on screen >> Click OK >>

C) Enter the Password/Key of the Antivirus.

Your Antivirus is now disabled for 15 mins.

Try to install the exe file >> it will get installed>>Login.

Click on **Add File** button.  Select the below file path of the App that needs to be Bypassed >> Click on **ok** .

Path:  C drive>> Users>> PC name>> Programs>>Local>>Workstatus>>Workstatus.exe

* STEP 3

Enable the Antivirus and Start using the app.
