# Date Format Settings


# Date Format Settings

You can change the date format for Workstatus. The date format will change the way that dates are viewed on your Workstatus account. There are three different ways that dates can be viewed:

* MM-DD-YYYY  (e.g. 05/31/2026)
* DD-MM-YYYY  (e.g. 31/05/2026)
* YYYY-MM-DD  (e.g. 2026/05/31)

### Changing the Format

* **STEP 1**

From the side menu, click on the **Settings >> Edit Organisation**

* **STEP 2**

Select the **“Organisations”** Tab under the General Settings heading of the page

* **STEP 3**

You can then update the date format as required from the **“Date format”** dropdown.

Then you save the changes you have made by clicking on the **“Save”** button at the bottom of the page.
