Edit Invoice Based on Time & Expense
Edit Invoice Based on Time & Expense:
You can access Edit Invoice page for Time & Expense based Invoice by Viewing "Time Based" Invoice from 3 dots.
You will be redirected to Edit Invoice page where you can access and edit the billed time and expenses details about the invoice.
Once redirected, you can see the following details about that particular Invoice:
Invoice Title: Here, you can see the Invoice name you have entered while Adding the Invoice.
Creation Date: Here, you can see the Issue date you have entered while Adding the Invoice.
Due Date: Here, you can see the Due date you have entered while Adding the Invoice.
Purchase Order Number: Here, you can see the PO Number you have entered while Adding the Invoice.
Status: Open, Paid and Overdue. Here, Open means your Invoice's end date is not passed, Overdue means your Invoice's end date is passed and Paid means your Invoice is Marked as Paid.
Total Billable Time: The total timesheet of the project members which are added as billable time, will be shown in base currency of the organisation.
Total Billable Amount: The total amount which comes after adding Total Invoice Amount and Total Expenses, will be shown in base currency of the organisation.
Total Invoice Amount: The total amount of the project members according to their bill rates which are added as billable time, will be shown in base currency of the organisation.
Total Expense: The total expense of the project which are added as billable expense, will be shown in base currency of the organisation.
Billable Time:
Timesheets added in Invoice from Unbilled Time listing.
Task details: Here, you can see the billed timesheet is added under which task of the selected project.
Date: Here, you can see the date of the added timesheet.
Hrs Logged By: Here, you can see the user for whom timesheet was added.
Time Period: Here, you can see the time period of the added timesheet.
Logged Hrs: Here, you can see the calculated logged hrs on the basis of start and end time of the timesheet.
Bill Rate: It is the bill rate per hour of that particular user in the selected project.
Amount: Amount is calculated by multiplying Logged Hrs of the user with their bill rate.
Here, you can select check-boxes to "Remove from Invoice" time from existing Invoice (it will be added back to Unbilled Time) or "Move to another Invoice" (you can move billable time to unpaid and time based invoices only).
Expenses:
Expenses added in Invoice from Unbilled Expense listing.
Expense Category: Here, you can see the billed expense is added under which category.
Task: Here, you can see the expense is added under which task.
Date: Here, you can see the date on which the expense is added.
Reason: Here, you can see the reason of adding the expense.
Member: Here, you can see the member for which the expense was added.
Amount: Here, you can see the amount of the expense.
Here, you can select check-boxes to "Remove from Invoice" expense from existing Invoice (it will be added back to Unbilled Expense) or "Move to another Invoice" (you can move billable expense to unpaid and time based invoices only).
Filters:
Here's a breakdown of Invoice Filters in Workstatus:
Search by : Contains Keyword, Task, Hrs Logged By and Exclude Non-Billable Time checkbox.
Sorting: Alphabetically, Invoiced Date, Bill Rate, Logged Hrs (Both Ascending & Descending).
Date Filters: Invoice Custom Date.
