# How can I delete screenshots?

###### Roles and Permissions:

**Organization Owner:**
* Organization owner can delete screenshots of all members.

**Organization Manager/Delivery Head:**
* Above roles can delete screenshots of all members (if enabled fom setting).

**Department Head(User):**
* They can delete screenshots of self and members assigned in the department(if enabled fom setting).

**Team Lead(User):**
* They can delete screenshots of self and members assigned in the team(if enabled fom setting).

**Project Manager(User):**
* They can delete screenshots of self and members assigned in the project(if enabled fom setting).

**User:**
* User role member can delete only self screenshot(if enabled from setting).

Deleting specific screenshots is not possible within Workstatus. But deleting the timesheet will delete all screenshots and other data of all slots which lies between deleted timesheet’s interval.

### Steps to delete single Screenshots

* **STEP 1**

First, navigate to the Activity > Screenshots section from the main menu.

* **STEP 2**

*  Hover over the screenshot that you want to delete.

* Click the Delete icon displayed on the screenshot.

 * A confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this screenshot?"

 *  Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion.

 * Once the screenshot is deleted successfully, a confirmation message will appear on the screen stating, "Screenshot deleted successfully."

### Steps to delete multiple Screenshots


* Step 1: Hover your mouse over the screenshots you want to delete.

* Step 2: A checkbox will appear on each screenshot. Select the checkboxes for all the screenshots you wish to delete.

* Step 3: As you select screenshots, a black action bar will appear displaying the total number of selected screenshots. The count will increase as more screenshots are selected.

* Step 4: Click the Delete icon displayed on the black action bar.

* Step 5: A confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete all the selected screenshots?"

* Step 6: Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion.

* Step 7: Once the selected screenshots have been deleted successfully, a confirmation message will appear on the screen stating, "Screenshots deleted successfully."
