How to Add Unbilled Time & Expense in Invoice ?



You can Add Unbilled Time & Expense in Invoice from Unbilled Time and Unbilled Expense drawer, simply you have to View Invoice and go to "Add Unbilled Time / Expense" drawer.
This option can only be seen into Time based Invoices, for Fixed Price Invoice, you cannot add Time & Expense.


You will be redirected to Unbilled Time / Expenses list drawer where you can access and add the unbilled time and expenses to the invoice.

Unbilled Time :





Here, you get the option to quick add manual time entry and can see the 'date wise' unbilled timesheet entries of all users of that project.

For each date, you can see the following details of the unbilled time entries:

Task: Here, you can see the task title for which time entry was logged.
Reason: Here, you can see the reason of adding the timesheet entry.
Member: Here, you can see the member for which timesheet entry is created.
Hours: Here, you can see the logged hours of that timesheet.
Rate: Here, you can see the bill rate of that member in the selected project.
Amount: Amount is calculated by multiplying the hours with the rate of that member.
Day Total: It is the total time of all the users on that particular date.
Total Billable: It is the total amount of all the users on that particular date.



Here, you can select check-boxes to "Add to Invoice" the selected items. Also, you can see the "Selected Hours" and "Selected Billable" in the currency of the Invoice.

Unbilled Expenses :




Here, you get the option to quick add expense entry and can see the 'project wise' entries of all unbilled expenses of that project.

For each unbilled expense, you can see the following details:

Expense Category: Here, you can see the category under which expense is added.
Task: Here, you can see the task for which expense is added.
Date of Expense: Here, you can see the date on which expense is added.
Reason: Here, you can see the reason for which expense is added.
Member: Here, you can see the member for which expense is added.
Amount: Here, you can see the amount of the added expense.

Here also, you can select check-boxes to "Add to Invoice" the selected items. Also, you can see the "Selected Billable" in the currency of the Invoice.

Please select the unbilled time & expenses you want to add to invoice and simple click on "Add to Invoice" button to add the items to the particular invoice.
