### How to be a Efficiency pro?

##### Roles and Permissions:

**Organization Owner/Manager: **

* They can control Efficiency pro of all members of organization.

1. Click on the **Settings** module from the left-side navigation panel.

2. Under the **Notifications and Achievements** section, click on **Efficiency Pro**.

3. On the **Efficiency Pro** settings page, use the global settings to configure the default Efficiency Pro for all members.

4. You can also customize the Efficiency pro settings for individual members using the available settings.

5. After making the required changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, **"Are you sure you want to update these settings?"**

6. Click **Yes** to save the changes or **No** to cancel them.

7.Once the changes have been saved successfully, a success message stating **"Settings updated successfully"** will appear on the screen.

Default setting: If you wish for all of your team to have the same activity level goal, please define it under the **ACTIVITY GOAL** field. Once the number is entered, please press the Apply to all button.
Individual members: You also have the option to pick and choose specific members to have an activity goal. This setting is useful if you do not wish for all members of your team to have an activity goal. Simply select the toggle (5) to activate the Efficiency pro goal for those members.
Individual members: You can also select custom activity goals for specific team members. When the toggle is selected, the goal for the user’s activity level will be defined by the Activity goal field  under the Individual settings section.
