# How to check the Milestone listing


# How to check the Milestone listing

 Select any project from the available >> view Project, Now  click on Milestone tab, user will be able to access Milestones of the related project.

Note: In order to see the updated changes on the screen, Please click on the refresh icon.

###### Roles and Permissions:

**Organization Owner/Manager :**
* They can Add Milestone , View Milestone and Edit Milestone.

**Delivery Head :**
* They can Add Milestone , View Milestone and Edit Milestone.

**Project Manager (User) :**
* They can't Add Milestone  . They can edit and view only assigned Milestone .

**User :**
* They can't Add Milestone  . They can edit and view only assigned Milestone .

 Milestones listing table has following columns:

A) Milestone Name: shows the milestone name (entered during milestone creation)(1). 
  Note:  If CR (Change Request) was unchecked then CR tag won't be displayed on top of such milestone names. & If CR (Change Request) was checked then CR tag will be displayed on top of 
  such milestone names(2).

B) Progress(3): Shows the overall progress made on a particular milestone. A milestone progress will be shown in various parameters which are as follows: 
* Todos completion rate: Number of Todos completed based on Total Todos available in a milestone.
* Based on the completed todos rate over a total number of available todos in a milestone, Progress % will be displayed.
* Budgeted: Amount/Hrs allocated on a project.
* Invested: Amount/Hrs utilized (used) on a project.

C) Dot action icon shows:
     - View Milestone
     - Edit Milestone
     - Mark as Complete - It will mark all the items in that milestone ( Todo Group & Todos ) as completed. Show Pop up **Milestone Completed **
     - Delete Milestone - When any user will click on delete milestone then it will show a Pop up giving Alert " Are you sure you want to delete this milestone?" - 
       Click Yes - Delete Milestone & Cancel - Discard the action
