# How to delete schedule ?

###### Roles and Permissions:

**Organization Owner/Manager :**
* They can Add, Edit, and Delete schedules for all members of the organization.

**Dept Head(User):**
* They can Add, Edit and Delete Schedules for Assigned Members only, not for themself.

**Team Lead(User):**
* They can Add, Edit, and Delete schedules for themselves as well as Team Members if enabled from setting.

### Delete Shedule
you can delete both the parent schedule and any child schedule within a recurring schedule.

To get started, click on the **Schedules** tab on the left sidebar under calender

For deleting parent schedule , click on schedule highlighted in green colore ,that is your parent schedule .

Click on parent schedule A popup will appear

If you want to delete all schedules, click 'Yes, Delete All.' To delete only one schedule, click 'No, Delete Only One.

**Note :  If you delete the parent schedule, all recurring schedules will also be deleted.**
