# How to disable the screenshots?

### How to disable the screenshots?

##### Roles and Permissions:

**Organisation Owner/Manager:**
* They can disable the screenshots of all members of organisation.

### Disable Screenshots

The frequency with which Workstatus records screenshots can be changed in Settings.

* **STEP 1**

Click on the **Settings** tab on the left sidebar, then select **Features.**

* **STEP 2**

Select the **Activity** tab, then click the **Screenshots Frequency** option.

Then you can select between option none(4)  for screenshots frequency for global settings.

You may select the frequency for individual member also .

It shows the results as below image:
