#  How to do settings for tracking Apps & URL?

##### Roles and Permissions:

**Organisation Owner/Manager:**
* They can control settings for tracker Apps & URLs of all members of organisation.

The Workstatus settings page allows you to customize and manage how each Workstatus feature works within your organization.

To access your organization settings, click on Settings on the side panel.

**Note : These settings can be done by organization Owner/Manager.**
Make sure you have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner drop-down.

The features settings allow you to configure additional settings for your members. To access this page, go to the Settings tab then the Features section.

### Track Apps & URLs

This feature helps you to control whether the names of apps used and the URLs visited are tracked

* **STEP 1**

Click on the **Settings** tab on the left sidebar, then select **Features.**

* **STEP 2**

Select the **Activity** tab, then click the **Track Apps & URLs** option.

If you want to enable each team member with the ability to  tracking app and url both , then you can set the default to **“track app and url both”** to enable this setting for everyone in the organization.

 if you do not want to allow anyone, you can set the default to **‘OFF’**.

If you want to enable each team member with the ability to only  tracking app  , then you can set the default to **“track app only”** to enable this setting for everyone in the organization.

If you want to enable each team member with the ability to only URL , then you can set the default to **“track URL only”** to enable this setting for everyone in the organization.

**OPTIONAL:**

If you want to enable the Modify setting for specific members only, you can set the default to disable and enable the setting for certain members such as Managers and Owners.
