# How to Enable /Disable productivity Off hours ?


# How to Enable /Disable productivity Off hours ?

This setting substract Off Hours from Effective Hours.

If setting is  enabled, It substract actiivty percetnage and time both from all timesheet, attendance and reports.
 
*** Step 1:**  

Go to settings from side menu

*** Step 2:**  

Click on **Productivity Off Hours** under Organization & Department

*** Step 3:**  

Open productivity Off hours and enable the setting by clicking on enable .

**Note:** To calculate off-hours, a schedule must be assigned to the user.

Note : If setting is  enabled >> it substracts activity percentage and time both from timesheet.
