# How to enable/disable screenshot notifications?

##### Roles and Permissions:

**Organization Owner/Manager:**

* They can enable/disable screenshot notification settings for all members of organization.

The Workstatus settings page allows you to customize and manage how each Workstatus feature works within your organization.

**Note : These settings can be done by organization Owner/Manager.**

### Screenshot Notifications

Stop showing app notifications for taking screenshots.

1. Click on the **Settings** module from the left-side navigation panel.

2. Under the **Timer Apps** section, click on **Screenshot Notifications**.

3. On the **Screenshot Notifications** settings page, use the global settings to configure the default Screenshot Notifications for all members.

4. You can also customize the Screenshot Notifications for individual members using the available settings.

5. After making the required changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, **"Are you sure you want to update these settings?"**

6. Click **Yes** to save the changes or **No** to cancel them.

7. Once the changes are saved successfully, a success message will display on the popup and then click on ok button .
