# How to Hide/show Columns in View Timesheet


# How to Hide/show Columns in View Timesheet


**Here you can view :**
* Productivity :Productivity of total hours .
* Idle : Idle % of your system .
* Break : Break % of your system .
* Origin : The platform on which your timer is running, such as Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, etc.
* Working hours : Total working hour of your system excluding Idle and break time .
* Total hours  : Total hours of your time including  Idle and break time .
* Off hours :Time beyond your scheduled time .
* Status : Status of your timesheet .



### Hide/Show columns on View Timesheets.

**Step 1**


Go To Timesheet and click on 3 dots option and then click on Column option -Tick against the column name on check box to view data of Timesheet on the basis of selected column widgets .

**Step 2**

Toggle off  the column which you wish NOT to see & data will show accordingly
