# How to Mange the Project Tags?


**Step 1**

Please go to settings >> Organization & Department >>Manage Project Tags

**Step 2**

Manage Project Tags >>  Click on text area : Add tags here . Now type the tag you want to make and click outside the text area to Save it.

**Step 3**
Once the tags have been created, you can apply them either while creating a new project or to projects that have already been created.

* Open the Projects module.

* Click the + icon next to the project to which you want to add a tag.

* The Project Tags list will appear.

* Choose the desired tag from the available options.

* The selected tag will be successfully added to the project and displayed accordingly.
