# How to modify screenshot productivity  percentage ?

#To modify screenshot productivity % follow these steps :

The Screenshot Productivity Percentage reflects the efficiency of work captured in screenshots. In some cases, you may need to adjust this percentage manually. However, modifications are only allowed if the entry has not been approved.

###### Roles and Permissions:

* Organization Owner/Manager :
They can modify own and others screenshot productivity % 
  
* Project Manager (User) , Team Lead(User) , Dept Head(User) , Delivery Head ,  User :

They can only modify their own screenshot productivity % if setting is enabled .

*** Step 1:**

Go to screenshots .

Drag the percentage bar to adjust and modify your mouse and keyboard activity.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to add a reason for modifying your screenshot productivity percentage , click on submit button .

Modifying your screenshot productivity percentage will mark your approved timesheet as pending, depending on your timesheet approval settings.
