# How to monitor employees in Silent mode?

# How to monitor employees in Silent mode?

**Step 1**

Invite user to your organization that can be done in two ways:

Option B : [Invite without sending Invitation mail to user](https://support.workstatus.io/en/article/invite-without-sending-invitation-mail-to-user-1t4dxrh/?bust=1751543185457)

Now the user invited has becomes member in the Organization and app has started to run in background in his PC in Silent mode.

To observe the data in their accounts, Please follow below steps:

**Step 2**

The Organization Owner/ manager can Go to Timesheets >> select the name of the user from the drop down list .

**Step 3**

Data comes as per the selected member which shows the Name of Project , Productivity, idle, break % , Origin, working and total hours.

**Step 4**

You can click on the shortcut icons Attendance, Activity, App and Url
