Project & Budget:

Project & Budget Tab provides a consolidated view of the organization’s financial performance. It highlights the top profitable projects and displays the overall profit or loss across the organization. Users can analyze financial trends using flexible date filters such as quarterly, monthly, and weekly, enabling better tracking of performance over time and informed decision-making.

Top Profitable Projects:

A new widget, Top Profitable Projects, displays the top five projects that have generated profit, based on the budgets created within those projects.

The projects are listed in descending order of profit. For each project, a horizontal bar graph is displayed alongside the project name, visually representing the profit earned.

The X-axis represents the profit amount and adjusts dynamically based on the profit values of the listed projects.

The Y-axis represents the project names.

Hovering over a bar displays the exact profit amount for the corresponding project.

Only projects with a positive profit value (greater than zero) are included in this widget.

Profit & Loss:

A new widget, Profit & Loss provides a visual representation of the organization’s profit and loss over time, based on the selected date filter.

Users can view profit and loss data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis by selecting the appropriate option from the date filter available at the top-right corner of the widget. The graph updates dynamically according to the selected time period.

The graph is plotted with reference to a zero (0) baseline:

Profit values are displayed above the zero line in green.

Loss values are displayed below the zero line in red.

Hovering over any data point on the graph displays a tooltip showing the corresponding date range and amount.

The X-axis represents the selected date range.

The Y-axis represents the amount, with divisions adjusted dynamically based on the data range.

All values are displayed in the organization’s base currency. If any calculations involve other currencies, currency conversion is applied before displaying the final amounts in the base currency.
