Insights Team Comparison

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager :

• They can access Insights and manage all Insight-related settings for the user

• STEP 1

Navigate to Insights* on the sidebar and click on Team Comparison.

Productivity :

Employee Working :

• Working : Displays the number of members who are working.
• On remote : Indicates the number of members who are currently working remotely.
• On leave : Displays the number of members who are on leave.

Average Working Hrs/Day :

• Activity : Percentage of your tracked time excluding idle time
• Focused : When we spend more than 30 minutes on a single app or url.
• Collaboration : When Collaboration is selected in Settings under Category, it will be displayed in Collaboration Hrs.

Average Activity/Day :

• Activity : % of Time tracked excluding idle periods.
• Idle : % of time tracked during which there was no mouse and keyboard activity done.
• Away Time : % of time tracked on user-initiated away time.

**Team Progress (Hrs/Day) : **

This table shows how each team spends time on an average workday, helping you compare productivity and work patterns across teams.

• Team – Name of the team or group
• Best for Productivity – Location where the team performs best (Office or Remote), based on past trends
• Total Hrs/Day – Average total work hours tracked per day
• Productive Hrs –Time spent on productive Apps and Urls.
• Focused Hrs – When we spend more than 30 minutes on a single app or url.
• Collaboration Hrs – When Collaboration is selected in Settings under Category, it will be displayed in Collaboration Hrs.
• Multitasking Hrs – Time spent switching between multiple tasks or apps & Urls.
