Insights Team Comparison

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager :

• They can access Insights and manage all Insight-related settings for the user

• STEP 1

Navigate to Insights* on the sidebar and click on Team Comparison.

Productivity :

Employee Working :

• Working : Displays the number of members who are working.
• On remote : Indicates the number of members who are currently working remotely.
• On leave : Displays the number of members who are on leave.

Average Working Hrs/Day :

• Activity : Percentage of your tracked time excluding idle time
• Focused : When we spend more than 30 minutes on a single app or url.
• Collaboration : When Collaboration is selected in Settings under Category, it will be displayed in Collaboration Hrs.

Average Activity/Day :

• Activity : % of Time tracked excluding idle periods.
• Idle : % of time tracked during which there was no mouse and keyboard activity done.
• Away Time : % of time tracked on user-initiated away time.

Team Progress (Hrs/Day) : 

This table shows how each team spends time on an average workday, helping you compare productivity and work patterns across teams.

• Team – Name of the team or group
• Best for Productivity – Location where the team performs best (Office or Remote), based on past trends
• Total Hrs/Day – Average total work hours tracked per day
• Productive Hrs –Time spent on productive Apps and Urls.
• Focused Hrs – When we spend more than 30 minutes on a single app or url.
• Collaboration Hrs – When Collaboration is selected in Settings under Category, it will be displayed in Collaboration Hrs.
• Multitasking Hrs – Time spent switching between multiple tasks or apps & Urls.

Efficiency & Workload:

Avg Activity/Day

The Avg Activity/Day section shows how average daily work time is divided across different activity types.

• Activity – Time spent actively working
• Idle – Non-productive or inactive time
• Focus – Deep work or concentrated tasks
• Collaboration – Meetings and teamwork activities

Team Progress (Hrs/Day)

The Team Progress (Hrs/Day) widget compares how different teams perform in terms of productivity and focused work time.

This widgets shows each team’s Productivity and Focus Efficiency percentages and compares them with the organizational average — where higher values mean better performance, green (+) indicates above-average results, and red (–) indicates below-average performance.

Workload Balance

This section shows how balanced each team’s workload is by highlighting the percentage of overutilized and underutilized days, along with average daily away time and average minutes per away instance — helping identify teams that are overworked, underused, or spending excessive time away.

Side By Side :

The Side by Side module allows to select two teams and compare their performance, productivity, focus behavior, and work patterns across all widgets in a single view.

Productivity

Shows each team’s:

• Average session duration
• Productive vs. unproductive hours

Top Unproductive Apps/URLs

Lists applications and websites where teams spend the most unproductive time.

Time Breakdown

Displays how time is divided into:

• Focused work
• Collaboration
• Multitasking

Top Apps & URLs Affecting Focus

Highlights Apps & URLs that impact concentration continuosly for at least 30 min, along with attention shift indicators.

Category Allocation

Shows percentage of time spent across work categories.
