How to open a file if not opening on double click?

**ANSWER:**

Once you have downloaded the Mac desktop client, you will need to install it by dragging the app into the Applications folder.

Go into the Applications folder and double click on the Workstatus app. If double click does not work, right click and choose "open".

How will I proceed if my organization is not loading and loader keeps revolving?

**ANSWER:**

There can be three cases in this :

1. You have not created any organization or not a part of any organization. Please create an organization with your credentials or request an organization to become a part of it.

2. You are a member of an organization but  no projects are assigned to you. Please add projects to your account or reach your Organization owner to add for your account.

3. Server error, in this case you will receive a pop up mentioning  "server is down". You may close the app and retry later.**QUESTION:**
