Jobsite Location Notification

Workstatus allows you to monitor location usage while users are working within a job site. When this setting is enabled, you will receive an email notification if a user turns location tracking off.

Notifications are triggered only when the user is logged in to the mobile app or actively working on a job site. This helps ensure accurate time tracking and location compliance.

Use this feature to avoid missing location data during work hours.

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager :

• They can access jobsite location notification for all members of the organization.

Jobsite Location Notification

• STEP 1

Click on the Settings menu on the sidebar.

• STEP 2

Click on the Jobsite Location Notification under jobsites.

• Mobile application Location Off Tracking status :-

1. When Yes is selected, an email notification is sent to organisation owner if a user turns off mobile location tracking.
2. If an email address is provided, only that person will receive the notification.
3. If No is selected, no notifications will be sent to anyone.
4. Use this setting to control who gets notified about location tracking changes.

• Jobsite In/Out location Notification Status

1. When selected yes , an email notification is sent for Jobsite Check-In and Check-Out activities. The email is sent to the specific assigned user and the person who created the jobsite.
2. When selected no, no email notifications will be sent to anyone, even if users check in or check out of a jobsite.
