Mileage
Mileage shows the total distance travelled (in kilo meters) for your selected time period or route. It helps you quickly understand how far you’ve travelled, which is useful for travel tracking, expense calculation, fuel costs, and performance analysis.
Roles and Permissions:
Owner / Manager : They can access Travel rates Settings.
Delivery Head : They can't access Travel rates Settings.
User : They can't access Travel rates Settings.

Please follow the steps to access and update your organisation's Travel rates settings :
- Step 1 : Go to Setting and Click on Travel rates under Jobsite module.

Step 2 : Update the settings of your travel rates , select a currency to set travel rates accordingly.

Step 3 : Go to the Calendar and select Attendance. Click the location icon to view the mileage details.

Note : You can access this from the Timesheet, Member Dashboard, Dashboard (All), and Attendance module by clicking on the location icon.
Step 4 : Click on mileage. Users can:
- View route-wise mileage on the map
- Check total sites visited, total kilometers, and total cost
- Filter data using Jobsites Only and Filters
- Access detailed travel logs with time, distance, and cost breakdown

Note :
Mileage data is created using the mobile app. When a user travels from one place to another, the app tracks the route and records the travel automatically.
If the user stops at multiple locations during the journey, each stop is counted as a Site. Based on the route and sites, the app calculates the total distance in kilometers (KM).
The system then applies the travel rate per KM set by the user or organization to calculate the total mileage cost.
This feature allows users to track travel distance, stops, and cost accurately, without any manual effort.
