# Onboarding status

**The Onboarding Status column displays the current stage of a member's onboarding process, from invitation to successful account setup and activation.**

### Roles and Permissions for Manage Invitations & Onboarding Status

1. **Organization Owner**

* Has full **Read** and **Write** access to the **Manage Invitations** tab.
* Can view and manage the **Onboarding Status** of invited members.

2. **Organization Manager**

* Has full **Read** and **Write** access to the **Manage Invitations** tab.
* Can view and manage the **Onboarding Status** of invited members.

3. **Delivery Head**

* Does not have access to the **Manage Invitations** tab.
* The **Onboarding Status** section is hidden.

4. **Project Manager**

* Does not have access to the **Manage Invitations** tab.
* The **Onboarding Status** section is hidden.

5. **User**

* Does not have access to the **Manage Invitations** tab.
* The **Onboarding Status** section is hidden.

###### How to see the Onboarding status of a Employee?

**Step 1**
Click on the Employees tab on the left sidebar.

* Step 2
Click on the Onboarding status, you can see the onboarded members details like Member name, Account Status creation date, App download date, Time Tracked Send reminder button.

* Step 3 
You can send reminder to user for starting timer, downloading app or accepting invitation and message will appear at the bottom right corner of the screen.
