# Silent Invite User by sending Invitation mail

# Silent  Invite User by sending Invitation mail

**STEP 1**

Go to People >> Click on Employees>> Invite New Member

**STEP 2**

* Enter **Email- id, User Role**,  select invite mode as **Stealth** , **select Send Email while inviting  from dropdown ** & Click on  **Invite** button.

Now, Check the mail received on the invited mail id >> Click  **Accept**

Now click on Accept and Verification of the user will done in background & you see a screen stating to receive another email containing a zip file (which will have a user token and  an Exe)

**STEP 3**

Go to inbox of the invited member and check mail containing a zip file (which will have a user token and an Exe)

Click on ** Download Setup File**

a zip file (which will have a user token and an Exe) >> double click on the EXE to run the app.

App is now installed in your PC and has started to run. 

NOTE: if email is not received mentioned in step 3, Please check the screen mentioned in Step 2 & Click on **download Now** button.

This will download the zip file in user's PC >> Extract the zip and double click on exe file to run the silent app.
