How will I proceed to install Workstatus desktop application if antivirus in my PC has discarded it?

**ANSWER:**

If antivirus on PC has discarded the app and not allowing it to install. Please disable your antivirus till the time app is installed.
Once done you can enable antivirus back on your PC.

Please follow below steps :

**Window 10 :**

**Step 1**

Select the Start  button > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Security and then Firewall & network protection.

**Step 2**

Click on network (Public/Private) you are in >> Turn OFF the window defender firewall

**Step 3**

Click Yes when asked by Window OS

**Window 11 :**

**Step 1**

Select the Start  button > Settings  > Privacy & Security  > Windows Security and then Firewall & network protection.

**Step 2**

Additional Steps:

Go to Window Security >> Virus And Threat Protection >> Under Virus & Threat Protection settings>> Disable the Real time Protection.

**ANSWER:**

It supports Win 8.1 Pro,  Win 10, Win 11.

Note : in WIN 8 - URL names may not appear correct due to limitation of the window supporting used directories which capture URLs from PC.
