Dashboard Widgets

Roles and Permissions:

Note : In order to see the updated changes on the screen, Please click on the refresh icon.

Organization Owner/Manager :

They can View Organization on the dashboard.

Delivery Head :

They can view only My Teams on the dashboard.

Dept Head(User):

They can view only My Departments on the dashboard.

Project Manager (User) :

They can view only My Teams on the dashboard.

Team Lead(User):
They can view only My Teams on the dashboard.

Dashboard Me and Organization/Departments/My Teams Widgets

The Workstatus dashboard allows you to view a snapshot of your team’s overall activities and performance, all in one central location.

Your dashboard contains dashboard widgets that you can remove and manage with. You can also access organization timesheets, reports, activity, and other aspects of WorkStatus information for you and your team.

Before managing your widgets, you can choose whether you’re looking at your team’s data or your own by selecting the Organization/Departments/My Teams or Me tabs.

Managing Widgets

You may add/remove widgets by selecting values from the Manage widgets and select date range dropdown located towards the top right corner of your dashboard.

Widgets List

Below is a list of all available ME widgets:

Total Activity

The Total Activity widget shows the total activity for the current business day. It also shows the change from the same date of the past week below the number, as well as a daily trendline on the right side of the widget for the running week.

Total Worked

The Total Worked widget shows the total work for the current business day. It also shows the change from the same date of the past week below the number, as well as a daily trendline on the right side of the widget for the running week.

Projects worked

The Projects worked widget shows how many projects were worked on in the current business week. It also shows the change from the past week below the number, as well as a daily trendline on the right side of the widget for the running week.

Activity Graph

This widget shows the pictorial view of the activity % of the current date.

Time Off

The Time Off Requested widget shows all pending time-off requests.

Shift Schedule

The Late & Missed Shifts widget shows the team members who have been marked as late or have missed their shifts for the current business week. You may also click on the View Report button to navigate to the Attendance report.


Jobsite

This widget shows the geofence location of a jobsite assigned to a member. Hovering on the location icon shows the address assigned in a jobsite.

Recent Screenshot

The Recent Screenshot widget shows the names and the last 6 screenshots of the users who were last active for the past week. You may also click on the View all screenshots button to navigate to the Project module.

Project
The Project widget shows how much was logged on a project for the current business week. You may also click on the View Projects button to navigate to the Project module.

To-do

The To-dos widget shows the last 3 tasks where time was recorded. Click on the View Todo button to navigate to Todo module.

Recent Timesheet

The Recent Timesheet widget shows the last 3 entries where time was recorded. Click on the View Timesheet button to navigate to Timesheet module.

Recent Website

The Recent Website widget shows the last 3 entries where member had visited. Click on the View App & URL button to navigate to App & URL Report.

Recent Applications

The Recent Applications widget shows the last 3 entries where member had visited. Click on the View App & URL button to navigate to App & URL Report.

Online Members
The Online members widget shows the Total Online Members on the different platforms like Windows, MAC, Web, Android and iOS.

Highest % of Manual and Mobile Time

This widget shows members name having Highest % of Manual and Mobile Time

Member Location

This widget shows Member Working Location.

Most Tracked Most Hours

This widget shows members name having Most hours tracked.

Track least hours

This Widget shows the member name who has least hours tracked.

Recent Used Applications

This widget shows the application which are recently used. Click on the View App & URL button to navigate to App & URL Report.

Recent Used Website

This widget shows the website which are recently used. Click on the View App & URL button to navigate to App & URL Report.

Haven't Tracked Time

This widget shows the member email id who has not tracked the time till yet.
