How Everything works in Navbar?
User will be able to mark below items as favorite.
Project
To mark Project as favorite , Go to projects , Click on Three dots , Click on Add to favorite .
Task
To mark Task as favorite , Go to Projects , Click on List , Click on Three dots , Click on Add to favorite .
Task List
To mark Task List as favorite , Go to Projects ,Click on List ,Change view to Advance View , Go to Task List , Click on Three dots , Click on Add to favorite .
Message Board
To mark Project as favorite , Go to Message Board , Click on Three dots , Click on Add to favorite .

Milestone
To mark Project as favorite , Go to Milestones , Click on Three dots , Click on Add to favorite .

In the menu, favorite projects will be visible as parent items. And others (milestone, task list, task and message board) will be visible as child items.
If any user is marking any child item as favorite, its Project should also be marked as favorite.
Items can be ordered up or down in the list using drag and drop.
Navigation divided in two parts :
A) Main navigation ( Dashboard, Timesheet, Financials, Calendar, Activity, Reports, More) .
i) When clicking on More : Further opens Location, Reports, People , Settings.
ii) Pin icon will come here to pin/unpin on #i
iii) Further on Pinning items will come on Main navigation menu
iv) Main menu can be closed via a drop down arrow- should maintain the state
B) Projects : Everything & Projects Name
i) Everything will have data from all the Projects .- this will be now for LIST view and Kanban view.
ii) Click on everything :
a) it will show the data of all projects as per task list and 1 time only 1 list be open , rest will be closed showing the closed view(like advance view currently)
b) if selected a project – screen will show the task list of that project.
c) Custom view will remain same as present working
d) Click on + icon – add project drawer screen will open
e) Each feature in Project section ie Milestone, List etc can be marked as favorite
Note : this section will come in all Plans
iii) You can also add Tasks, Task Lists, Message Boards, and Milestones by clicking the "+" icon in front of the project.
iv) You can also perform necessary project-related actions by clicking the three dots icon in front of the project.
