Overview on Silent Mode

Monitoring software with a silent mode feature allows users to monitor activities and track their time without interrupting.

Workstatus will start when your employees start their systems and stop when they shut down their systems. Saving them time & hassle of switching it on and off.

In Silent mode no pop ups are shown such as idle time pop up, snooze up or screenshot capturing pop up.

Possible use cases

 Question

What to do when App is not running next day?

Answer

a) Please check for days selected in settings>>tracking app>> silent mode.

b) Kill app from Task manager (1) and try to relaunch the app(2)

c) Restart the PC.

What to do if App is shown visible?

Answer

Please check your organization is active, account is active i.e not deleted/deactivated. Then Login with your credentials on the visible app >> app will automatically goes to background and starts to run.

What to do if no data is coming while app can be still be seen in task manager?

Answer

Please restart your pc integrate application with recent windows changes.
