Bypassing Window Desktop App in Quick Heal Antivirus

Please follow below steps to Bypass the exe of the windows desktop app in the Quick heal Antivirus:

STEP 1

Open Antivirus>> Go to settings >> View Quarantine Files

STEP 2

Select the file path of the App that needs to be Bypassed >> Click on Restore button(1) >> Click the checkbox appeared in a pop up for exclusion the file path (2)>> Click Yes

STEP 3

Install the app again and this time app gets successfully installed.

Stop Quick Heal from quarantining WS.exe:

Open Quick Heal Total Security.

Go to “Settings”.

Click on “Exclusion” under the Files & Folders tab.

Select “Exclude Files & Folders from Scan”.

Click “Add” and browse to the WS.exe file path (based on your image, it is located at C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\WS\WS.exe).

Confirm and save the settings.

Optionally, add the folder C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\WS\ to exclusions to prevent future issues.
