Bypassing Window Desktop App in Quick Heal Antivirus

Please follow below steps to Bypass the exe of the windows desktop app in the Quick heal Antivirus:

• STEP 1

Open Antivirus>> Go to settings >> View Quarantine Files

• STEP 2
  
  Select the file path of the App that needs to be Bypassed >> Click on Restore button(1) >> Click the checkbox **appeared in a pop up for exclusion the file path (2)>> Click ** Yes

• STEP 3

Install the app again and this time app gets successfully installed.

Stop Quick Heal from quarantining WS.exe:

• Open Quick Heal Total Security.

• Go to “Settings”.

• Click on “Exclusion” under the Files & Folders tab.

• Select “Exclude Files & Folders from Scan”.

• Click “Add” and browse to the WS.exe file path (based on your image, it is located at C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\WS\WS.exe).

• Confirm and save the settings.

• Optionally, add the folder C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\WS\ to exclusions to prevent future issues.
