How to Install the Windows Visible Desktop App

Below are the instructions on how to install and sign-in to the Windows desktop client:

Step 1: Download the Application

• Go to the Download section located at the top-right corner.
• Download the application file to your system.

Step 2: Install the Applications

First, install the application by double-clicking the file, or right-click the application and select ‘Run as Administrator’. Then, follow the on-screen installation instructions

Step 4: Login to the Application

• Once installation is complete, open the application.
• Enter your username and password.
• After login, the application will appear in the bottom-right corner (system tray).

Step 5: Start Tracking

• Wait for 5 sec then Click on Select Project.
• The assigned project list will open.
• Click on the project on which you want to run the tracker.
• Once you select a project, the assigned task list will open.
• If you want to run the tracker on a specific task, select the task.
• If not, directly click on the Start Timer button.

Step 6: Open App

• After the system restarts, open the application.
• User need to search Workstatus Desktop app in application.
• User can pin Workstatus app in taskbar
• User can also open app from bottom right corner where all hiden app icon is present
