Comments - Reply in Thread

Reply in Thread allows users to respond directly to specific comments, keeping discussions organized and contextually clear within tasks or updates.

Roles and Permissions:

Owner/Manager/Delivery Head: They can Reply in Threads
Team Lead (User): They can Reply in Threads
Department Head (User): They can Reply in Threads
Project Manager (User): They can Reply in Threads
User role: They can Reply in Threads

How to Reply in Thread to a Comment ?

Workstatus has total 3 comment sections, i.e. Tasks Comment, Milestone Comment and Message Board Comment.

Step 1: Go to Projects > Then List > View Task > Comments.


Step 2: Click on 3 dots > Here, you will see option to "Reply In Thread" > Select it.



Step 3: Enter your reply to any message in thread > Click on Submit.


Step 4: On such message which have thread replies, you can see the count of threads for every message.



Please follow same steps to Reply in Thread for Comments posted in Milestone or Message Board.
