How do I Download/Export Screenshots?

Downloading screenshots directly from your Workstatus dashboard

Downloading a copy of your team’s screenshots is easy with Workstatus’s Bulk Screenshot Download feature.
Only organization owners and managers are able to download screenshots of any member.

Follow the steps below to get started:

STEP 1

On the sidebar menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click on Activity > Screenshots.

STEP 2

This will open the Screenshot activity page. Click on the Export

STEP 3

Click OK on the Success popup.

STEP 4

An email will be sent to your registered email address confirming your download is ready. Click on the download screenshot button to begin your bulk screenshot download.

STEP 5

Once the download is complete, navigate to your computer’s Downloads folder, or the location where your browser is set to store downloads by default. Locate the downloaded file, then unzip the file in the current (or a custom) location.
