How to define break?
Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/Manager:
- They can can access Settings.

Workstatus Organization Settings
The Workstatus settings page allows you to customize and manage how each Workstatus feature works within your organization.
To access your organization settings, click on Settings on the side panel.
Note : These settings can only be done by organization Owner/Manager.

Make sure you have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner drop-down.
Define Away Time
The features settings allow you to define away times for your members. To access this page, go to the Settings tab after that timesheet and click on Define Away Time
Toggle button to Enable if wish to include away time functionality in your organization. Toggle Button to Disable for not including the away time functionality in your organization
rganization owner/manager can add away time , by clicking on Add away time
- Enter Away time type
- Check or uncheck 'Include as Working Hours'
- If checked, select the activity percentage for the away time.
- Toggle the status ON or OFF.

Organization owner/manager can edit away time , by double clicking on existing away time name

Organization owner/manager can delete away time , by click on three dots and click on delete away time

The organization owner/manager can set away time for all users, which will reflect as effective time when added to the timesheet.

In above picture :
Lunch Break - Lunch Break shows as normal away time (not included in effective time)
KT Break - KT Break shows as away time with activity % and is included in effective time.
Note:
- If organization's Define away time setting is disabled, all the away time data will be hidden from the view timesheet page and timeline page.
- Editing an away time will affect all away time entries .
