PayPal Integration

The PayPal integration in Workstatus enables secure and seamless online payments directly within the platform. It allows organizations to send and receive payments efficiently, supports multiple currencies, and provides a trusted and globally accepted payment method. By using PayPal, users benefit from enhanced security, faster transactions, and convenient payment options, making financial management simpler and more reliable.

Roles and Permissions:

Owner / Manager : They can access PayPal Integration Settings.

Delivery Head : They can't access PayPal Integration Settings.

User : They can't access PayPal Integration Settings.

Please follow the steps to access and update your organization’s PayPal Integration settings :

• Step 1 : Go to Setting and Click on PayPal Integration under Organization & Department module.

• Step 2 : Update the settings of your payroll, fields are as follows:

Client ID : Please enter the Client ID of your PayPal account.

Client Secret : Please enter the Client Secret key of your PayPal account.

Environment : Please select the environment.

Webhook ID : Here, to extract the Webhook ID from your PayPal sender account, follow the screenshot mentioned below:

• Step 3 : Please enter all the correct details, Click on "Save & Test Connection" button and your PayPal account will get connected.

• Step 4 : After successful integration, please move to "Member Profile" and scroll down to "Banking Information" widget.

• Step 5 : Select "PayPal" in Payout Method, Add your "PayPal Email" and Save it.
