How to view project settings in project module?

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager :

• They can View Project setting .

Delivery Head :

• They can View Project setting .

Project Manager (User) :

• They can only view assigned project setting.

User :

• They can't view project setting.

• STEP 1

Select Projects from the main navigation menu.

• Click on project name to view it.

• On project detail page ,Click on Project Setting.

How to edit Project Name from General project setting ?

• Step 1

Click on Project name and Enter your project name.

After editing name click on out of project name field ,It will save the changes.

How to edit Project Description from General project setting ?

• Step 1

Click on Description and Enter your Description.

• Step 2

After editing Description name click on out of Description field , It will save the changes.

How to change General settings like Default view , Project Code and from General project setting ?

A) When you choose default view from given option ,Then after clicking on project ,It will redirect you to the chosen view .For example here Overview is selected ,then It will redirect you to the overview of the project.

B) When project Id is enabled , Project overview will display Project code .

C) Task will display with the Task Id .

Project features

Only Enabled project features will display in project with the same sequence.

How to upload project logo in general project setting ?

• Step 1

Click on "Upload a Logo" .

• Step 2

Choose logo from your system .

Additional Settings

These settings ensure efficient financial management and accurate time tracking with projects .

Finance Setting

This setting allow your Project managers to view the financial data .

PM can approve timesheet

This setting allow your Project managers to approve timesheets of members .
