Setting up Workstatus Project for multiple Clients
The Workstatus Project module allows users to add multiple clients within a single project, enabling better collaboration and streamlined client management. This feature is useful for projects involving multiple stakeholders, as it ensures all relevant clients can be associated with the same project, improving transparency, communication, and overall project coordination.
Roles and Permissions:
Owner / Manager : They can add Clients in a Project.
Project Manager (User) : They can add Clients in a Project.
User : They can't add Clients in a Project.

Please note, before you can link projects to your clients you will need to add them to Workstatus:

Please follow the steps to add multiple clients in any Project:
- Step 1 : Select Project from the main navigation menu and view the project to which you want to add clients.

- Step 2 : Click on Project Settings

- Step 3 : Navigate to the People Rates tab

- Step 4 : Click on Add Member

- Step 4 : Select Client.

- Step 6 : Go to "Clients" tab and enter email of the clients.
If client already exists in the organization, enter the name of the client.
If the client does not exist in the organization, Enter the client’s email address and click on Invite New. An invitation will be sent, and once the invitation is accepted, the client will be automatically added to the project.

- Step 7 : Click on Send Invite.

- If you enable “Can access web portal”, the client will be able to log in to the portal and view their project progress. After selecting the required option, click on Send Invite.

- Step 8 : Client will be added successfully.

Alternative Method to Add Client
- Step 1 : After selecting the project, go to the Overview section.

- Step 2 : Scroll down to About Project.

- Step 3 : Click on Client.

- Step 4 : If the client is already invited, search and select the client.

- Step 5 : If the client is not available, enter the client’s email ID, Click on Invite New to add the client.

- Step 6 : Click on Send Invite.

- Step 7 : Client will be added successfully.
