Roles and Permissions:
- Owner/Manager: They can see & access Slack Notification Settings.
- Delivery Head: They can't see & access Slack Notification Settings.
- User as PM: They can't see & access Slack Notification Settings.
- User: They can't see & access Slack Notification Settings.

Slack Notifications keep you instantly informed about updates related to your tasks and projects. Similar to email alerts, they notify you in real time about new messages, activities, or changes within your workspaces, ensuring you never miss important information.
Please follow the steps to access and updated Slack Notification Settings of your organization:
(A) The user does not have a Slack account
- Step 1 : Login to Workstatus, click on profile. click on Integration tab , the slack window will open .
- Step 2 : Click on Integration tab , the slack window will open .
- Step 3 : Click on Connect , Slack Sign in to your workspace page will appear.
- Step 4 : Click on 'Create a new Workspace', enter your email, and confirm it with the OTP.
- Step 5 : Enter the name of your company or team. This will be the name of your Slack workspace where you will receive notifications.
*Complete all steps numbered 1 to 6.
*Then you will land on the Slack homepage, and under 'Workstatus Notification', you will receive all the notifications.
- Step 6 : Go to the Profile and click on Integration tab, The slack window will open then click on Connect.
- Step 7 : The Slack 'Permission to access' page will appear, click on Allow button .
*Once Slack is successfully connected, the button will change to 'Disconnect', indicating that the integration is active.
- Step 8 : Go to Settings and click on Manage Notifications.
- Step 9 : Click on the checkbox to enable the notifications you want to receive via email or Slack
- Step 10 : You may start performing the operations mentioned in Step 9, and you will start receiving notifications in Slack.
