Roles and Permissions:


  • Owner/Manager: They can see & access Stripe Integration
  • Delivery Head: They can't see & access Payroll Settings.
  • User as PM: They can't see & access Payroll Settings.
  • User: They can't see & access Payroll Settings.

Stripe integration is a third-party tool used for KYC verification and bank information management. It enables automatic and secure monthly salary credit directly into users’ bank accounts, ensuring smooth and hassle-free payouts.


Please follow the steps to access and update your organization’s Stripe Integration settings :


  • Step 1: Go to Setting and click on Stripe Integration under Organization & Department module.




  • Step 2: To fill Transfer Settings details, follow these steps . Make sure you enter the correct Webhook Secret Key and Stripe secret key match with Stripe account.



  • Step 3: Click on the Test Connection button to verify that your Stripe account is successfully connected. 'Secret key verified successfully' popup message will appear .

  • Step 4:

Connect Account Information: Enter valid data in the text fields to proceed KYC & Make sure the details you enter are the same as those on your Stripe account.

  • Step 5:

Add External Bank Account: Enter valid account holder name, Account Number and Routing Number. Make sure the details you enter are the same as those on your Stripe account.

Then click on 'Add Account'. 'External account created successfully' popup message will appear on top.


  • Step 6:

Add KYC Information: Read the KYC-related documents carefully. Then enter the valid details exactly as provided in your Stripe account in all text fields, and click on the ‘Submit KYC’ button.
