User Login Settings

This document explains the User Login Settings feature, its purpose, and how to configure login access for both new and existing users. The User Login Settings allow Organization Owner/Manager to control how users in the organization can log in and whether they can receive emails. This helps maintain security, streamline access, and customize login options based on organizational requirements.

How to Configure Settings

  • Go to Settings → Organization & Department → User Login Setting.

Login & Email Options Explained

  • Web Login (Browser Access) : If disabled, the user cannot log in through the web portal.
  • Desktop Login (Desktop App Access) : If disabled, the user cannot log in through the desktop application.
  • Mobile Login (Mobile App Access) : If disabled, the user cannot log in through the mobile app.
  • Enable Email (Email Communication) : If disabled, the user will not receive any system-generated emails (alerts, reports and Notifications emails, etc.).

Setting for new users onboarded.

This setting is by default enable when we create new organization. When a new user is invited and onboarded, the following settings apply by default:

  • Web Login → Enabled (except for Stealth Users)
  • Desktop Login → Enabled
  • Mobile Login → Enabled
  • Enable Email → Enabled (except for Stealth Users)

You can change the above settings according to your requirement. Whenever you invite a new user, these settings will be applied, except for Stealth.

Global Settings :

  • If you select the checkbox at the top of the member list, the changes apply to all users.
  • Useful when applying the same login rules across the entire organization.

Individual Settings :

  • If you select specific users from the member list, the changes apply only to those users.
  • This allows customizing login permissions for particular roles or individuals.
  • The Organization Owner/Manager can also enable or disable settings by simply clicking on the checkboxes.
