Reports are now available on our Mobile app for easy access. Employers and team members alike can view their reports on the go, without the need for a computer.

Viewing Weekly Reports on the Mobile App

STEP 1

Open the mobile app on your smartphone and tap on the bar navigation icon as shown below.

STEP 2

Tap on the Reports button from the navigation menu.

STEP 3

Tap on the Weekly Time & Activity option.

You can now navigate to the Weekly Time & Activity Reports screen.

There are a number of customizations available to alter how your reports can be viewed on the mobile interface. Let’s explore this now.

Me/Team

You can view Weekly reports for yourself or if you are the owner or manager of the organization. You will have the option to view the details of your team members.

Click on the change button and then select any member to view the weekly report of your team members

Date

To view data for a select date range, please tap on the calendar icon to filter the relevant dates.

A calendar screen will appear allowing you to select specific dates to customize the time range of your reports.

You can also navigate between weekly date ranges by tapping on the “<” and “>” navigation buttons.

Change organization

If you have multiple organizations within your Workstatus account, you can view reports for each organization by selecting the correct organization.

Click on the Change button to switch organizations from the home screen.
