Workstatus has chosen to store all screenshots on Amazon AWS because of its industry standard security levels, uptime of data, and speed.

Everyone has access to screenshots by default. The Organization Owner and Organization Manager have access to screenshots, as do the Project Manager, Department Head, Team Lead, and the user themselves.

This access is available regardless of the roles or permissions assigned to their respective profiles.
