How does time tracking with Workstatus work?
Workstatus is a simple application that your virtual workforce installs on their machines to track time, activity levels, and take screenshots. Workers can select a project, and Workstatus will then track time and activity to that specific project, which becomes viewable in the web application. When a user is running Workstatus, randomized screenshots will be taken about every 10 minutes. Workstatus also calculates activity percentages to show how active your team is.

Does Workstatus record keystrokes?
Yes, Workstatus does record keystrokes to analyze the performance of your employees on each tab that they are working on. It helps you in understanding if your employees are simply sitting vacant on tabs or are actually engaged in activities on it
Are there limits on the number of members or projects that I can track?
This depends on the type of subscription purchased by you or your Organization.
Where will my screenshots be stored?
All of the screenshots will be stored in Amazon AWS. You can easily access them as and when you like in the set or custom time limits.
Can I delete screenshots?
The actions towards keeping or deleting screenshots can be customized by the management in the SETTINGS section of the Workstatus app. But, Yes, the screenshots can be surely deleted, if you may allow.
