Can Workstatus be run without a user knowing it?

Question: Can Workstatus be started without the user knowing it? Is there a stealth mode?

Answer: Yes, Workstatus be run without a user knowing it. Follow below steps to achieve it.

STEP 1

Go to People >> Click on Employees>> Invite New Member

STEP 2

You can invite Stealth Users below ways .

A) With sending Invitation mail to user

• Enter Email- id, User Role, select invite mode as Stealth , select Send Email while inviting from dropdown ** & Click on **Invite button.

Now, Check the mail received on the invited mail id >> Click Accept and another email will received with zip file.

STEP 3

• Extract the zip file, open the folder, and double-click the Workstatus app. The app will then run automatically in the background.

App is now installed in your PC and has started to run.

B) Without sending Invitation mail to user

STEP 1

• Go to People >> Click on Employees>> Invite New Member

Enter Email- id, User Role, select invite mode as Stealth , Select Don't send email while inviting & Click on Invite .

• Go to "Employees" and search invited email id ,Then click on Download Stealth File .

Once File is downloaded, Install this file in user's PC.
