Role : Organisation Owner

For organization owner, To cancel subscription follow these steps:

Step 1 : Go to Profile>>The button will be available under your profile image. On the Profile page, click Cancel Subscription.

Step 2 : The Cancel Subscription popup will open. Enter the reason for cancellation and click Submit Request to submit the request.

Step 3 : A Subscription Cancelled Successfully popup will be displayed.

Step 4 : Plan Expired will be displayed in the top-right corner, and the Cancel Subscription option will be removed.

Note : Once you submit the cancellation request, the CRM team will receive an email notification and proceed with processing your subscription cancellation.
