How do I add Manual Timesheet for Clients?



If you want to add time for Client instead of Projects, we’ve got you covered.

Modify time setting should be enabled for this feature to work. When the setting is disabled, then Add time button will be hidden from Timesheets > View & Edit page.

Below is our guide on how to add timesheet for Clients:

Step 1: Navigate to Timesheets >> View & Edit.



Step 2: Next, click on Add Time.



You can add timesheet from drawer and also from Quick links where Manual time button is displaying.



Step 3: After you click on Add time button, Add Timesheet drawer will appear.



Step 4: Here, you will see option "Attach for" > Select Client ( the dropdown will include Clients of your Projects )



First, select the Client, then select the date. Next, choose Time Type and fill up Duration or Start and End Time.

(Optional: enable the billable field if required). Lastly, you can provide a reason (when required) and add a note then hit Save. The time entry will be added for that Client.



Add Time for Clients by Quick View



Go to Timesheet > Then View & Edit > A quick add timesheet view is available.



First, select the Client, then select the date. Next, choose Time Type and fill up Duration or Start and End Time.

(Optional: enable the billable field if required). Lastly, you can provide a reason (when required) and add a note then hit Save. The time entry will be added for that Client.
