How to add break manually ?



Any user with permission to add a manual timesheet can also manually add breaks.

Roles and Permissions:


Organization Owner/Manager :
They can Add break for all members of the organization.

Delivery Head :
They can add break for themselves.

Dept. Head(User):
They can add break for themselves.

Project Manager (User) :
They can add break for themselves.

Team Lead(User):
They can add break for themselves.

Project Manager(User):

They can add break for themselves.

Below is our guide on how to add break manually:

STEP 1

Navigate to Timesheets >> View & Edit.



STEP 2

Next, click on Add Time .



STEP 3

Click on Enable Break Toggle button to enable break .



STEP 4
Choose your break name from drop down (1) & (2) , select date(3) and select start time(4) and end time (5) for your break and save .





After taking a break, it will appear on the timesheet like this.



If your break exceeds the allotted time, it will be highlighted in red.

How to view break ?

Click on 3 dots , Click on view Break .





How to edit break ?

Click on 3 dots ,Click on Edit break .



You can edit break name , date and start end time .





How to delete break ?

Click on 3 dots ,Click on delete break time .



A pop up will display , "Are you sure you want to delete this break ?", Click on Yes.



Your break will be deleted permanently .
