How to add manual Timesheet by duration

How to add manual Timesheet by duration



Step 1 : Go to Setting >> Feature >> Timesheet >> Start Time Preference



Step 2 : Select the Start Time and Click on Save. While adding manual time this will become the Start Time.



Note : These settings can be done only by Org manger/Owner.

Step 3 : Login as any Role in Workstatus Web App >> Timesheet >>Add Time >> Select the Time Type field as Hour



Enter the duration for which Timesheet needs to be made & Save.



For example : In Step #2 you had select 1 PM as start Time and in Step #3 duration mentioned is 2 Hrs. The Timesheet will be made from 1pm + 2hrs thats is until 3pm



How to directly add manual timesheet

Step 1: Select Project (1), it is mandatory field.
Step 2: Select Task (2)
Step 3: Select activity percentage (3)
Step 4: Select date (4), it is mandatory field.
Step 5: Enter reason (5), if reason setting is enabled then it is become mandatory field.
Step 6: Click on time dropdown and select Hours (6),
Step 7: Enter Duration in HH:MM format, it is mandatory field.
Step 8: Click on Save button.



Note : This Start time (in terms of hours) will be for the very First entry of the day.
