How to Add Tasks in Project?
Tasks in Workstatus help organizations plan, track, and manage work efficiently. They break down projects into actionable units, making it easier to assign responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor progress. By organizing work into tasks, teams gain better visibility into ongoing and completed activities, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
Tasks also enable accurate time tracking, allowing users to record effort against specific work items. This supports productivity analysis, workload management, and precise reporting. Overall, tasks serve as the foundation for structured work management, improved collaboration, and informed decision-making in Workstatus.
