How to bulk invite team Members.

Only they can bulk invite team members.

How to bulk invite members

There are two ways to bulk invite members.
A) At the time of Create Account.
B) Simple member invite

A) At the time of Create Account.

If a user creates an account for the first time, they will be able to send bulk invitations to members.

Step 1 : Click on create account link

Step 2 : Fill in all the mandatory details and click on the 'Create My Account' tab. A verification link will then be sent to the registered email address.

Step 3 : Select I am bussiness owner tab and click on Continue button.

Step 4 : Create Organization and click on Next button.

Step 5 : Set up account and click on Next button.

Step 6 : Now you can bulk invite members
You can copy (8 ) and send the invite link to a group, allowing multiple users to register their accounts with this link.
You can also invite multiple members by manually entering their email addresses (9) and selecting their user roles..
You want to invite more than one members then simply click on plus icon (11)
A verification link will be sent to the member's email address. Members will fill in all the details and click on "Join Organization," (12) then they will be added to the organization.

B) Simple member invite

Step 1 : Click on People >> Employees >> Invite New Mebers

Step 2 : Now you can bulk invite members
You can copy (4) and send the invite link to a group, allowing multiple users to register their accounts with this link.
You can also invite multiple members by manually entering their email addresses (5) one by one, separated by commas (,). However, in this case, you can only invite members with the user role.

Note : At one time, you can bulk invite only 30 members, and it depends on your subscription plan.
